All direct downloads require payment and torrenting is extremely slow on most files due to little to no seeders. Whats the point? Am I missing something?

Top Comment: Newer books have plenty of seeders. Let a torrent run for a day or two. This isn't an instant download process.
Looking for a website that shows all real life direct flights?
Main Post:
I stumbled upon it and I use it all the time to find my next flight. Visit: https://www.flightconnections.com
This is a website representing real world direct flights. It shows seasonal flights as well. Just click on a city and it’ll show you every direct flight from and to that city.
Top Comment: Interesting. Too bad you can't use ICAO airport codes...

The Ultimate Sh*tshow (Astrum, Direct Energy, and NRG Energy)
Main Post:
I recently purchased a home with solar panels fully owned and conveyed with the property. The panels were installed by Astrum Solar in 2012, but as I found out today, Astrum Solar was acquired by Direct Energy Solar in 2014, and Direct Energy Solar was acquired by NRG Energy in 2021. Where does that leave me? Apparently no one knows. I've tried calling all of these companies using their customer service numbers and basically no one claims to have any record of my solar system.
Honestly, my biggest concern is the that the previous SREC broker, Omnidian, informed me that Astrum/Direct Energy/NRG did not renew their contract, so they cannot serve as the SERC broker anymore.
Meanwhile, I just got our first electric bill which was $81 for three weeks (and that is including the excess energy credit). Mind you, the sellers told us they only paid ~$180 to Pepco for the entire year of 2024.
If you have any insight, opinions, judgments, idc please share. Because I am at my wit's end after spending countless hours trying to resolve this with no luck whatsoever.
Top Comment: Find a new SREC broker like Sol Systems, SRECTrade, or trade them yourself with Flett. Reach out to them and explain that you own the system including SREC rights and you'll need to fill out a Schedule A release and they'll work with PJM-GATS to have your facility transferred to them. You really shouldn't have much use of Astrum, Direct, or NRG unless you are expecting service or warranty related work, in which case having a solar installation that was performed by an out of business installer is far from unique.
